Yeah, it is synthesized by the cartels and China now, but I think the company thwt invented Fentanyl also makes Narcan and what used to cost ~$60 a dose, now runs fire departments about $180 a dose. Some real scumbags.

Fentanyl and narcan are made by multiple companies. Narcan has been used for many many years.

Yes, but it was 1 company that origanlly had the patent on both. That patent is licensed to the others. I just find it to be the worst of capitalism when a company makes a deadly drug known to be abused in the street, and then triples their profits on the antidote to that drug.

It's amazing there is that much fentanyl in one place yet I can't even get a couple vicodins to relax in the evening
