How about white Americans end their assaults on minorities via the WOD, unjust prison sentences, voter suppression and the blatant destruction & marginalizing of the Hispanic & black family and community?

Whatever happened to the mantra of "if you have any issue, it's better to be safe than sorry and go ahead and call 911."
Crimes have been averted by alert 911 calling citizens.
If a black, or white, would happen to be called for something suspicious, yet when the cops arrive and find nothing wrong, everyone goes about their business.
What is this lawmaker trying to accomplish? Allowing crimes go unreported?

Not a hate crime but if it completely works unfounded it should be fined like a house alarm going off without cause
