It's a medical video, and is a computer animated demonstration, but still probably wouldn't open this up at work.

No frickin thank you. I suppose it's impressive that humans have reached the point that we can do this, but these people and this procedure is insane. Everything is cut, removed, or rearranged. They didn't create a vagina, they mutilated a penis.
I'm actually curious what the end result looks like but I'm not gonna look it up, no telling what would show up. I can't imagine the money and time spent researching this procedure in order to do it. Yet people die from cancer every day.

I wonder what kind of tape trannies use to hold their dick and balls in place.

I had testicular torsion and the emergency surgery when I was 19, to wake up and see stitches on my ballsack made me instantly panic and vomit. To wake up and my entire dick is missing? frick that shite
