Entergy won’t fix anything till daylight if power is out that’s why you haven’t seen any trucks

Comprehensive assessment is also needed to develop an actual plan.

“Hey it’s 10p and hazardous but yeah go drive around until you find some shite to fix just wherever”

Doesn’t work that way.

Actually their only rule is they won't go out in more than 25 mph winds. So....

Sorry 30 mph. Nothing about 10pm

And I expected to at least see folks scouting lines 3 hours after the storm.

You do realize it was dark last night, right? You can only see so much with flashlights. Its a little more efficient to assess damages after the sun comes up.
Sorry you can't take care of yourself or prepare correctly for a hurricane.

My god people are so self centered. There are priorities for power restoration things like hospitals, essential public works services, police and fire stations. Poor guy in uptown or Lakeview needs to realize he isn’t a priority!

Agreed, they put Touro hospital’s power back on in the middle of the night so they were obviously working on important infrastructure.

The sun has been up for literally 2 hours and these idiots expect an entergy truck in front of their house. They can do a repair on the peripheral and u won’t see them but get power. Geesh. They said expect 7-10 days to get power before landfall. What don’t people understand about that?

Sitting here on my patio, literally dead center of the uptown golden rectangle, and no sight or sound of any Entergy bucket trucks. Reminiscent of Isaac.

They first concentrate on the source feeds before going around to neighborhoods, you moron
