Yep. Sadly I’m switching back to ATT. I hate ATT but their internet is far superior to spectrum, not even close.

I left work in Covington about 20 minutes ago and it was down there. I just got to my house in Folsom and it's fine.

I switched from Spectrum after 11 years to DirecTV last year to lower my bills, and was going to go with ATT on internet/phone. After a month I called DirecTV to cancel and gladly pay the penalty. The aggravation of it was not worth saving 25 bucks a month. I called Spectrum back and requested service again. They asked me why I came back. For one, the intuitiveness of the channel guide and navigation was a big reason, the rain storms knocking out signal, and the better presentation of the music choice channels were others. But most importantly, when I call customer service, I am connected with a well spoken rep who is based in the USA and presents themselves like the company is owned by a mom and pop. DIrecTV sucked. That is for rural areas or if you have a camp in Plaquemines parish, but not a subdivision.

I never went with ATT. Besides them cutting my cable accidentally (instead of the neighbors), I do not have any complaints. The cost of all three services with convenience is reasonable.
