I noticed they are starting to re-appear in the Love's truck stops. Opelousas and da berry have them. Also a little west of Beaumont on I-10

I preferred Gatti's, but went to both places many times (a friend of mine had his mother's credit card).

Does anyone else remember Bono's Pizza? Where the Circle K was built later. Bono's was really cheap, the best pizza deal in town

I went up there about 10 years ago and it was like a time capsule. Menus, tables, marketing materials, etc.

It was like they locked the door in 1995 and just left. Pretty cool.

They cleaned it out recently and it’s on the lease market. No ADA compliance due to lack of entrance.

Godfathers was a ritual for me and my friends in the mid-80’s.
