You say that like it's a good thing. Unless you're in the real estate business, development sucks for quality of life.

Frisco can’t get its act together as far as the old downtown. McKinney figured it out and even Plano’s downtown has some draw.

I do like Frisco’s National Videogame Museum, though and the Snocone Lady is legit, too. Other than that and maybe stopping at the EXXON to hire Manuel Labor, that area is pretty mundane.

Orb and raised there. Great place. Couldn’t wait to leave. Have 2 acres in north Ellis county now. Never go north of I20 unless I have to

Preach. You'd be hard pressed to find better places to raise a family, they're few and far between.

The Flower Mound/Highland Village area is nice. Not as congested as Frisco. Easy access to DFW Airport, Riding and bike trails, master planned growth, In between Grapevine Lake and Lewisville Lake. Good golf. Trees. Estate lots. Good demographics. Excellent schools.

A 25 story building wouldn't be a blip in Dallas proper. New residential construction in the city is exploding too.... Too much for my liking since they are leveling single family bungalows and building 4 500k townhouses on that 1 lot. My hood has changed so much in the past 2 or 3 years I don't recognize it anymore. It's beginning to look like the burbs with all the generic crap they are building.

I like having all that nearby to visit but I like living on the north side of Ft.Worth, lots of development going on but not overbearing.

I enjoy living somewhere that is growing.

DFW metro will be 9 million by 2027

DFW adds a whole city of Baton Rouge every about 20 months or so.
