Yea, I have. It usually depends on the non owned vehicle you want to insure. Is it a business vehicle, a rental, etc? I have one for my company's vehicle which runs me about $400 a year. It could really get expensive though as it's considered high risk. You can also get general vehicle insurance.

After reading the op again, I understand. Should have sit out the last couple rounds. Lol.
I do appreciate the serious replies. I was curious after talking to someone who plans to borrow cars from friends or rent one over the next few months. I figured a non owned policy would be cheaper than buying from the rental car company. Also, she didn't want to only be covered by her friends 15/30/25 policy.
