Non-DMV Locations for License and Registration

Anyone have any idea of the extra cost associated with using a non-DMV (title company) to register a vehicle and get a license in Louisiana? Any recommendations on the Northshore?

Renewed my license and paid a fine I didn't realize I had at a Non-DMV location in Denham. Cost me nothing additional.

I think I paid $40 for a $25 driver's license renewal if that gives you any indication.
They were really fast though. I literally think I was out the door in under 5 minutes.

How much is your time worth? A lot more than any fee. It is a no-brainer to use a non-DMV place.
