I don't think you're risking permanent damage but if it's stalling out on you don't go anywhere you wouldn't want to be stranded at.

It's always restarting? Is it standard shift or automatic?
If it's auto, you might want to shift to neutral at traffic lights and keep it revved a little, not too much.

If it's standard, just rev a little while the clutch is in, just enough to keep it running. Don't park on any grass, and if you start smelling any bad smells like melting plastic, or whatever. Park it. Don't drive across the country.

Update: car started losing power for a minute today then it kicked back in. It did not completely shut off at least. I got a new oxygen sensor, fuel system cleaning, and air intake tube last time. Google tells me it could be clogged fuel injector or fuel filter but it seems like both of those would have been checked last time. Any ideas? Could this just be a one time thing?

One thing I noticed, the air filter box was slightly open. It should have some clips holding it together. Hopefully this is all it is.
