On their social site, they have the school code of ethics book (conduct book, rules, etc) online that had the protocol for pick up of children. Their argument is what he released had not only student names but also what to do in emergency situations, which the school would not release. Parents do get a copy so that they know where to go, how to act, etc in case of an emergency.
I saw on his FB last night he and another talking about the .pdf file but that is on every school website, what they are accusing him of releasing is information only parents receive.

I'm thinking he thinks what he released and what is available online is the same thing. I can say we've had parents with that same mindset and did not realize that it was two totally different things before.
Mainly because it is a map of the school but the routes are different for emergencies vs what is going to be on the website.

Personally, I don't think Scott has the time or the money to go that route as it would be expensive, especially, with him trying to get legislature changed for small breweries, making beer, and traveling to all the wonderful places he visits.

This is exactly right. It’s cultural Marxism whether he realizes it or not. It’s a movement that divides people into smaller and smaller victim groups and the only relief is more government.
The Marxists attempted economic Marxism in America durign the 20th century but failed due to the economic opportunity that is offered to all American citizens that put in a nominal effort to their economic goals. The Marxist are now taking the cultural route and they are much more successful. This is a very dangerous ideology.

A couple of thoughts about old Scotty-
I wonder about the ethnic/gender/orientation diversity in his staff?
Would he care to share this as he is a self-avowed expert on leveling the playing field.
Also, assuming that his staff does mirror the local population’s diversity, does he pay the historically disadvantaged staff members a premium to help them make up for the institutional discrimination they’ve been marginalized by for their entire careers?
If so, how much?
If not, why not?
I have questions, dammit!
