My biggest question is that Scott has been at the forefront of self distribution. How does this impact him going forward

Word is Scott was served with a lawsuit today, papers, whatever the terminology is.

This could have all been avoided but as usual, SJW’s are gonna SJW

I've spent a lot of time and money at Courtyard....Totally disappointed on how Scott has handled this. Looks like I'll do what every person should do when they don't like something. Not go. Plain and simple. I just won't go there anymore.

I have as well but I will still go unless Scott personally lectures me. Being called a racist online doesn't bother me

Although I will say, Courtyard may not be first on my places to visit anymore. As many know I go a couple times a month and I always make sure to go when I go to New Orleans

Well he is fighting to allow Urban South, Courtyard, Brieux Carre, etc to self distribute instead of going through the archaic laws we have. I agree with him 100% on that issue

Yeah. Apparently the city council is going after him as part of those new AirBnB rules. He was found to be illegally leasing space in the heads of people in this thread.

The bigger issue here is his kid. Any decent private school will be hard to get in to from here forward. No one will want to deal with his bullshite.

Scott’s never lectured people and you know that. If you engage him in politics he will respond.

It has been my place of destination in Nola since I discovered a new love for beer.
Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, but It doesn't sit well with me how he's handling this.

It doesn't sit well with me either honestly, had he dropped it or stayed with his original opinion that he felt it was racist that is fine. Calling everyone else a racist is a bit extreme

That's probably a better legal case than whatever horseshite litigation he was threatening

well I don't think anyone except for the distributors and the politicians in their pockets don't agree with that stance. But don't think it he is idea or he is at the forefront of the fight.

Disagree. A good conversation about politics with folks who are rational and knowledgeable has changed my mind on stances I've held many times. It seems Wood has no idea how to participate in a discussion like that.
