hat law, if any, was broken?

I'm certain that her contract states that she can't be working simultaneously at any other employment.

So now we aren’t allowed to work in this country? Why can’t she have 5 jobs if she wants?

For starters she only has 2 earrings in each ear. If she wants to work 5 jobs then it will require 5 earrings in each ear. Now that her job in Tampa has been terminated I'll be you a dollar her next profile pic will show her wearing only 1 earring in each ear.

Just to confirm, we’re not blaming Teri here right? I mean, she broke the approval rule, but she’s probably surrounded by people breaking rules all day. Call it a normalization of deviance.

How in the world was someone able to have two full time jobs?!

Two very high paying government contract jobs with apparently not much in the way of duties. Sounds like affirmative action to fill for quotas.

Y'all realize this is basically a do-nothing job.

Yeah, she's probably dedicating about 20 hours a week to both jobs.

Contractually she would need to notify and have approval to lawfully have secondary employment in an additional full time job.

If you're hiring free lancers then no big deal. If you're talking about salaried employees then they are obligating their work days and hours to the initial employer.

Well, there may not be any rules regarding this in the city of NOLA civil service regulations - which means if they just fire her, she could sue

If she was getting her job done and there’s no clause about having another job (I didn’t read Nola rules so I dont know if there is) - then they legally can’t fire her

I might be able to justify this wage right after I figure out what the hell this is

Surveys and tweets

The surveys are either dumped in the trash, or used to increase the budget. They won’t be used to actually address customer needs or suggestions from those that actually use public transportation.

The tweets rarely update customers with useful information. They are probably along the lines of
“It’s a beautiful day, a perfect day to experience your commute with the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority.”
