They are supposed to be covering it in sort of huge arse billboards --- for real.

They already have some of the bracketing in place for them.

They did this last Superbowl. Much of streets in the Quarter that are newly paved are from then.

They can cover it with gravel and after a few weeks time it will be gray after the sweep it up.

Think they have to do it while it’s fresh.

Here, it would be above sidewalk level tho, so…
