Sounds like NOPD spotted at Royal & Bienville and at the Burnville Parking Garage, reports from folx on ground

You can definitely tell that barbershops in NO have been closed for a while. All those DIY haircuts.
I wouldn't put the misery of most of those haircuts on my dog. He'd be too embarrassed to come out of the house, much less go out in public.
