I seriously doubt that the majoity of them realize how difficult it is to move to a desirable place unless you're rich AF or work a specialized job. I would like to see Raven Simone try to move to the Caymans or any islands that have immigration restrictions of, or similar to the British empire.

Unless, like I said above yours loaded or work a very specialized job that the average citizen of the country you want to move to can't do, then you're best bet is somewhere like Belize or Costa Rica. Which, either of those would be fine with me. But the average Joe isn't going to be able to move to a British Virgin Island, nor would most of these B & C list "celebs".
