Of course having pay for health insurance will cost more.. But I think paying $600-$700 a month making $1.7M a month is a fricking deal.. When you are making $1.7M.
In a year that's just over $20M, after taxes that's about what? $8M. She could do that for 2 years, live a modest life. Even if she can save up $10M in those 2 years. Then if for some reason he needs to make more she can do a return turn on OF... I wish I was a nice looking woman.
