Yeah it must be difficult. Especially if you are a normal nightowl. You get used to staying up late at night. You just have to train yourself during the week to go to bed earlier. That way you get enough sleep during the week and aren't just exhausted by the time weekend comes.

My husband goes to bed between 9-10 pm weeknights. We very seldom go to bed at the same time(maybe on the weekends when I'm not working).

You're right. I let myself go to bed at 9 this past Thursday night to ensure I'd be able to hang out with Jones come the weekend.

Some nights, I'll say screw it and stay up until midnight--knowing I will regret it the next day.

But after you get home at 5:45ish, cook and eat, shower.. it's bedtime.

When I worked nights, it was so much better. Jones stays up until 3-4AM when he's in LA.

I do a month of days than a month of nights. I have gotten pretty good at doing it. I may stick to one when my full child support payments stop in 4 years. I like day shift for a full night sleep and some good sex and like my night shift for not having to deal with corporate shite, less sleep and an occasional bj

All in all great money and a lot more time off so :)

Yes this sucks the most. If I get a good solid straight 4 hrs of sleep I am good but if I sleep 2 hrs get woken up and then go back to sleep. Oh boy it makes for a miserable night fighting to stay awake. I hate that the most it happened a lot when my kids were younger but not so much now.

Nope..only my second crash. Both times due to people blocking the entire path and not letting me pass them. I'm ok...just some bruises and soreness. I'm off tonight..back for 4 in a row tomorrow night.
