The Republican Mayor has been in office for a year.
The decline did not start with him.
But it has materially accelerated.
He has no plan….

Carmel IN and all of greater Hamilton County. Suburbs of Indianapolis but Carmel has 100k population and the county has 350k. Indy is OK but the northern suburbs are phenomenal. Also agree with Scottsdale, AZ

Charleston, SC. Is a cleaner NOLA.

Woodstock, Ga. around 40k, ride around in a golf cart on the street. Some of the better restaurants.

Helen, Ga. Cool little town.
