It's pretty easy to get in FL tbh. Dispensaries are popping up all over. Plus I read it generated almost $500m in revenue in 2020 for the state so whatever they're doing as far as enforcement seems to be working. I'm in S Fl which is different than north FL so it could be way tighter up in the northern bible belt part of the state.
