truly shocked that
A) they changed a title in Saudi Arabia (ETA: that didn't involve the 24/7 Championship)
B) WWE has now allowed both main championships (WWE Championship & Universal Championship) to perhaps be stuck on Friday Night Smackdown (yes... I know... the A show on FOX)

It's not like they don't have integrated PPVs. They protected Seth with that pyro in the face ending. He'll have the WWE title no later than Wrestlemania. FOX really shite all over RAW and it's history...the lineal main WWF/WWE show going all the way back to Primetime Wrestling ~35 years ago.

I get what they were trying to do with Smackdown on Friday....I think they were trying to do something totally different with the business. From where I'm sitting now it just didn't/hasn't worked.
I'm guessing this Fox deal will be a one and done thing for Fox....they might even cut their losses and pay to get out of the deal before it is up.

...And USA has a deal for a 2 hour block on Wednesday nights. If FOX gets out of the Smackdown deal it can slide into that Wednesday night slot and NXT can move back to the Network.
I don't think many would complain as the current product is closer to Nitro/Thunder than what they were before the new deals were signed.

They are one month into a five year deal. Way too early to talk about getting out of it. Especially considering how much that would cost.

Friday Night has always been a terrible slot for TV. Nobody but old retired people watch TV on Friday Nights, hence why the CBS shows always do so well on Fridays
But Smackdown will be back over 2 million on Friday and all this talk will be for nothing

the point is to make The Fiend look like 1 of those horror movie serial killers (Freddy. Jason, etc.)
he got thrown off the stage and "blown up"... and yet still stood over Rollins and (without the referee calling for the bell on a random whim) got the win
