Marijuana is decriminalized here?
Just out of sheer curiosity what does that entail? How much is just a fine, and how much gets you arrested and criminal record? What is the "ticket"... "possession of illegal substance"?
Also saw two officers waving random cars to pull in and stop just under the on-ramp to I-10 by the dome. I figured it was a brake tag check thing.
What a waste of resources.
