He was a chicken hawk looking for chickens in the quarter. That podcast was wild.

I could listen to Richard Windmann's raspy vulgar voice all day.
But the pain in those victims' voices is haunting and sickening.

"Tell me what Eddie Wells did so fricking wrong that he deserved to die"

great podcast.

I believe he was convicted for molesting 12 kids. I thinks he had a couple of other arrest for molestation including his niece. Some arrest were breaking probation with child porn.

Vaguely- was a pedophile and started up a child sex crimes unit at NOPD. Proceeds to both molest kids and steal child porn that he confiscates. Gets in trouble for an incident. In jail admits to molesting nice or nephew(?). Gets out. Gets caught in a child porn sting and when busted has a kid in his house too. Admits to molesting the other of his niece or nephew(?) ((whichever wasn’t in the first stint))

Most recently in jail for looking at kiddie porn at the library?

Several uncharged accusations, and the podcast about the unsolved murder he allegedly used to scare other kids ((claimed credit for killing a kid so you better not tell))

Honestly, it’s rare I’d actively say it but if I was on a jury for someone taking justice into their own hands, anyone that did this guy in could count me as a not guilty for them
