Most of these revelers look fairly clean cut and friendly. Looks like a typical New Orleans Halloween shindig to me. That city always goes crazy for Halloween. We used to go to parties in the cemeteries on Halloween when I lived there.

I do remember the skinny stairwell leading to the 2nd floor.
