Her side is fighting back. No less than 2 callers have called in to WWL this week to defend her 1st class travel as 1) deserving of a position that’s similar to a CEO of a major corporation (if this were true she would’ve been fired long ago) and, 2) it gives her opportunity to rub shoulders with potential business people to sell the city to, although it’s heard to sell the city when you’re so anxious, sleeping, or boozing.
Same message by both callers I heard. They have been assigned their talking points.
