Agreed. Prices are fine to be falling, and are falling, in a large portion of America. Unless you in the business of measuring this statistic you haven’t noticed it yet. You will shortly.

Most of that is probably Nola folks fleeing to the suburbs. A house on my street in Gretna was sold in a day. JP is growing again.

Helping son look for home so following local markets.. Home prices are dropping due to interest rates.

Nothing going to change until bottom hit on prices. Local homes, Houma, Thibodaux, dropped as much as 20% last six months, still falling. Not selling.

Don't believe Latoya City will see anything but continued path to being a shithole.

Someone trying to spur Orleans sales.

BS they will fall. OT brothers, let’s hold until next year then snatch up a few blocks in the garden district on the cheap and create Little Tigerdroppings
