I'm not sure who will want to live between LSU and downtown especially if it's priced high.
It does have the potential to improve that area though.
If you don't change the area around it though it really won't matter.
I'm for anything that improves the area from LSU to downtown and the future potential it has.

They’re definitely not building a new pmac on some vacant land that’s awkwardly placed between lsu and downtown.
Not sure what the other building would be other than something associated with research and/or the water campus.
