I’ve a bear of a time finding a new barber since My old barber, Joe, died of cancer about 18 months back. I’be tried a few folks at the same barber shop and some where decent, but the last fella who cut my hair was really young. Probably not even old enough to drink. I tell what I’d told ever barber I’ve ever been to see... square off the back, off the ears, leave it just long enough to comb over. Well, the kid pretty much butchers it but I let it go... it’ll grow back, right? So fast forward a couple of days and i’m taking a shower but I forgot my Facewash or shampoo or something, so I step out soaking wet. I happen to glance in the mirror and I nearly shriek in horror at the most GHASTLY sight I’ve ever seen... with my hair wet and matted down, THAT LITTLE frickER GAVE ME A NEW IBERIA CUT. After 10 years of going to the same barber shop, I will never step foot in that place again. I had to wait for it to grow out a bit until I could get it cut off. It was horrible.
