it has always been a pet theory of mine that adderall is way more of a gateway drug than weed ever was.
Society got real comfortable giving kids speed in elementry school. It is not hard to see the line of logic, if this pharma pill "helps" me study why wouldn't this one help me chill/party/ect

The supply and access to legitimate pain pills has been greatly reduced since the Feds started cracking down on pill mills. So, the cartels and high end dealers started manufacturing their own pain pills.
Sometimes mistakes are made when manufacturing fake pills in a makeshift lab in Tijuana, and that’s at the high end level. Those labs can manufacture a Percocet that looks identical to a legitimate pill, except it contains a drug like fentanyl instead of Oxycodone.
Other drugs like cocaine laced with fentanyl is usually done by accident by cross contamination by lower level dealers. They are cutting the cocaine on the same equipment they just cut fentanyl.
