I don't care where the CATS busses go, they are a giant waste of money. It would probably be cheaper to just pay cab fares for people who need to get somewhere! Every time I see one it's empty.

I don't understand your ignorant race baiting.
Based on crime maps of Baton Rouge (actual statistics), North Baton Rouge is a hot bed for criminal activity. Why should I be happy that there is a direct route from a criminal area to my neighborhood?
Why do some of you keep bringing up race? Do you not realize that white people and black people both commit crimes, just like there are white people and black people that don't own cars.
