I kind of like what I see in Prairieville.
My sister lives in a neighborhood off a Bluff Rd. and the last time I saw authentic middle class diversity like that was when I was living in the San Francisco area.

What ascension should do is improve the Udc to make the roads better so upkeep wouldn’t be so much. 3 inches of superpave is not enough
