Neighbors not feeding their pets... update.

So I posted a thread on here a few weeks back around July 4th about my neighbors not feeding and watering their pets.
I finally went and spoke with them and they told me they hadn't been feeding the dog too much because she just ate all the time and it was getting expensive. But we could have her and the cat. Long story they weren't great people.. surprise surprise.
The cat and dog had been living at our house for the past several months anyway and are super sweet. The dog doesnt eat anymore than a normal dog her size. About a bowl a day total.
Anyway.. I know how much this site hates Pitts. But the dog is one. She is super nice to the kids, our other pets, the neighbors, and strangers.
She is an American Pitt Bull Terrier. Here is a link to their traits. LINK
Not all pitt bulls were bred to be fighters, FWIW. There are several different types.
Hate on her all you want, she is one of the best dogs I've ever had. And also the cat's best friend.

They are, unfortunately. But they actually got her from someone else that wasnt taking care of her either...
Boggles my mind why people get pets and cant take care of them. There are plenty of ways to find them good homes.

Na, her tail seems to be her most dangerous feature. She likes to have her butt/backed rubbed and has swatted me in the nuts twice while I was doing so. Lol
