What is the neighborhood behind St. George like? What would one expect if they had to live in there?

Yeah used to be decent but it’s been downhill for the better part of a decade or so.

It was a $150k-esque 3BR,1.5BA mecca back around the late 90s. Last time I drive back there though it was pretty run down.

It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. Lots of older folks that don’t try to compete for yard of the month. It seems that some younger families are starting to move in and do some renovations to bring up to date. The neighborhood back in there to the left (Morning Glen? Might be totally wrong), seems to be more stagnant than all the streets named after weird birds. Houses rarely go up for sale back in there, but it’s one of the neighborhoods that I’d love to move to due to the close proximity to the school.

Make sure your lawn equipment is locked up. Dont leave any easy pickins for the youths.
