Need suggestions for a BR/LP area landscaper willing to do a retaining wall, etc

my efforts to get a bulkhead constructed yielded suggestions to locate a landscaping contractor who will build a retaining wall between my fence and some large drainage pipes that run into a retention lake behind my property. It's causing rapid erosion that is now affecting my fence posts. I need back fill to repair the damage that's already been done.

The main concern is that I have very limited access into this area. Basically only about 4 feet so small equipment can be utilized for this job. This is why I'm looking for OT help in finding a landscaping contractor that would be willing to work under these restrictions for a job such as this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
