I picked up this sweet Seiko SNK809 for only $60 bucks today.
black Automatic Seiko
I'm not sure why it was so cheap. It's a damn automatic Seiko. I'm relatively new to this, but is it a piece of shite? Is it because the band is only 18mm? I don't have any 18mm straps, so I'd like to get some ideas on what y'all think I should get. If you do a google image search, it shows some pretty sweet combos.

If you like that one check out the Seiko 5's

Yeah it probably is. There are a lot of different 5's. Some really nice looking ones.

It's good for what it is. You can get prices like that on amazon for the seiko 5's. They will be priced a good bit more in store, probably closer to $100. They are kind of "disposable" automatic watches. They aren't worth the price of ever getting serviced unless you have some sort of sentimental attachment. It's a good starting off point if you are just starting to get interested in automatic/mechanical watches.

I've got a couple automatics already, so I may return it. I also got a sweet orange Mako Orient for 130. Then I ran across some of the blue Orient Divers(the Mako 2, the 75002D Mako XL, and another 7500 2D, but this is a CEM, whereas the other was a FEM). I google image searched and fell in love with some of those combos. Blue's my color, and I don't think I wear the orange very often. It's not me. I'd wear the shite out of that blue one with a leather NATO or ZULU, though. Even though it's about $100 more.
So, I'm thinking about returning the orange Mako, the Seiko 5, and pulling the trigger on the blue face. It'd be almost an even swap. Which one of the 3 would you recommend? My apologies, but I can't post pics for shite anymore, and I don't play think you can link to a Google, image, search. Though I just googled Orient blue mako with leather strap.
Advice?

Need help. Can't figure out difference between the CEM and the FEM 75002Ds. Both look the same. What's the difference? Please advise because this LSU game has got me tipsy and delirious and I want to pull the trigger tonight before I wake up and chicken out.

I like some Orient watches. I believe WatchUSeek used to have a deal where you could get 50% off from the manufacturer's site.

This thread has me wanting to buy an inexpensive automatic, ironically since it was started with $6k watch recs. Miyota movement, flat sapphire crystal, 42 mm case, and I love the B-type flieger.
Gnomon Watches
42 is big, especially with that large dial, but $360 is a good price.

They sell a 45mm one too, it's just not as cheap and I could never pull that off.
The dial on this 42 is probably larger than the dial on your 45s as well.

Case design on this one will make the 45 pretty big.

Too beaucoup?
J/K, you'd have to have a baby dick to wear a 55mm watch.

Just search Laco 55mm, the pictures are too funny. They make an A type and a B type, and the A actually looks bigger.

I can wear a 42mm. I don't think I would want anything bigger.

I wear 42mm to 45mm regularly. But I don't care about looking like a douche.

My neighbor is a pilot and says they have a saying - the bigger the watch, the smaller the dick
