If you're going to suck on one of those, you might as well go all the way and put a dick in your mouth when you feel the need to satisfy your oral fixation.

I quit cigarettes but 2 years ago. Came across a vape shop one day, just curious, and became a sucker for nicotine once again.

I've tried 3 different kinds:
ego One: this is one of the most popular starter kits. It was OK. Too many of what I would describe as "wet" hits (like inhaling a little bit of juice instead of just vapor). Lasted about 4 months. Eventually, while plugged into my laptop charging, the insides got toasted. I've read afterwards that you should only charge them from an outlet, but the manual said nothing. Didn't want another one.
Praxis Vulta Spitfire starter kit: Not terribly popular. Got this one at a local shop. I liked it a lot more than the ego One. After 2 months, when taking a hit, it would stop. Had to hurry up and unscrew it. Burned up the coil. Tried again the next day with a new coil and it worked fine. 2 days later, same shite. Never again.
Innoken iTaste MVP 3 Pro: the one I have now (going on 3 months). It's awesome. Great battery life. Hasn't tried to blow up on me yet. At $65, wasn't much more expensive than the other two. Has everything he needs to get started except the juice itself. Wherever you buy it from, get a couple of smaller juice bottles (should run ~$5 each) in different flavors. Since he's a smoker, make sure you get one of the higher nicotine levels (12mg+).

I did a ton of research before switching to vaping. I have 3 mods I use daily an ipv with a cleito tank, smok h-priv with a uwell rafale tank and a mini volt. I also have a noisy cricket with a twisted messes rda that I drip with when I'm home but I have a full understanding of ohm's law and proper battery care and safety.
Converting to RTA'S soon on my main 2 set ups

I have a colleague who is leaving for another job and he smokes. He wants to quit smoking, so we thought we would give him an e-cigarette as part of his going away gift.
I see products from 12 bucks on up. We want something that is nice and will last. I know nothing about the types or different technologies, so I may need schooling.
What would you suggest? Budget is 100 bucks.
Quit being an enabler. Want to give him something to help him quit? How bout a gym membership and some cold turkey. His heart will thank you.
