Agree! The Jeep Grand especially in higher trim levels look great & I like the diesel option but, let's face it....Most FCA products with exception of Ram have really crappy reliability & always have. I don't get it.

Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram have made huge strides in terms of attractiveness, inside and out. Their quality still sucks though. It doesn't help that they're now owned by the Italians. Not exactly a type-a, quality obsessed culture.

I have just under 30k on my '14 w/nary an issue. My sister has a '13 and she hasn't any trouble either.

I can't disagree that Toyota and Honda rock for reliability but for all the hate American cars get my '98 Explorer was a beast (did have to change those Firestone tires out though lol) and so far so good w/the JGC.

The only car I've had that was ever a pain in the arse was a '08 BMW 3 series that the rear window regulators kept breaking on. (though it was still under warranty when that was going down)

The only thing I have to complain about w/the JGC so far is the enormous blind spot over the left of the driver's shoulder. The mirror indicators do a great job of warning me when people are at my side but that is the one thing that gives me any stress when driving it.
