Need help using Quantify

For you science guys out there, is this the correct use of the word quantify?

I am discussing revenue management in hotels and am looking for the right word to say Revenue Management is not an exact science and is very hard to "Quantify" the results of our actions.

"Figure" but say it like some swag arse British dude and say "Figgur".

That's right. I'd use it to describe when it's difficult to accurately asses something
