Need Alarm Clock Radio Recommendation

I'm looking for an alarm clock radio. I like to wake to a radio station. I need/want to replace my current Boston Acoustic's one and need the following features:
Battery backup
Two alarms
Good sound
Wake to music
Ramp up music
Adjustable brightness (i need it to be very faint)
Easy to set and turn off
Anybody got a great one that they would recommend? No battery backup is a dealbreaker.

I'd look at the current version of the Sony cube thing I currently have. Disclaimer: I don't care about the sound; that's what the bedroom stereo is for.

Just bought this one for a measly $20
Has everything except the dimmer option.
