Get into the starting blocks at any nearby track and run 100 yards as fast as you can run it. (Note, you probably won't finish it) Your hamstring will no longer be pulled, but torn. Preto, no more pulled hammy!!!

Unless you're a sprinter, a pulled hammy shouldn't affect you that bad.
