How did this happen? Accident? If so, are you sure you need surgery or did you get told this by a doctor whom an attorney referred you to. Just be sure you are not being used as a pawn. A lot of people have been and have regretted it.

No accident. Woke up with severe shoulder pain one day. Thought it was just a pinched nerve in my neck. Eventually get an MRI and find the herniated disc. But the surgery is necessary cause of the cord compression.
I’ve got pretty good arthritis and DJD in my neck. No idea where that came from.
