Thats understandable. You avoid participating in specific holidays as not to infringe upon any religious beliefs. To me, i thought it was the same idea, until i Read that they will be participating in activites including Holidays around the world. Seeing that tells me this seperates itself from protecting different religions to excluding one religions most observed holiday.

Right, my first reaction was that she was trying to avoid offending anyone - which apparently offended everyone. The PC world gets tougher and tougher to navigate each day. And she kind of looks jewish.

I hope some of our more liberal OTers can help me understand something.

Liberals don’t like public recognition of Christmas because they want to be “inclusive”. And they think this way because they’re afraid that people who are not Christian or celebrate Christmas will feel marginalized. Is that right?

It by “banning Christmas”, if you will, are you not marginalizing those who do celebrate Christmas?

Help me understand.

A group of people need to get together and sing Christmas carols outside of her home. ??
