So a conscious person getting hit with a bottle is worse than an unconscious guy getting kicked repeatedly in the head and getting his head slammed against a brick wall which is harder than a bottle? Come on. I saw many of these fights and was involved in some when I was at lsu and in none did an unconscious person get kicked in the head repeatedly.

I've had my head slam the ground pretty hard and hit with a bottle. Both suck. I'll take both over getting stabbed and guy was lucky bc they could have done a lot worse.

If the kid is in ICU because of a brain injury they couldn't have done much worse besides kill him.
