Damn commercials drive me crazy.
Drug names have to very carefully selected as to not imply benefit or harm, not be confused with other names, etc. It is a very long, difficult, and heavily regulated process which can take months or years.

People make a career out of that? Sounds like a mix of marketing folks sitting around a table full of attorneys.
