Naked woman accused of arson threats

A Monroe woman is facing one charge of communication false information of planned arson following a Wednesday arrest.
According to an affidavit for Tashonda Blakely, 30, Short Thomas Street, officers were investigating a report of a black woman in the area without any clothes on.
Per the report, the victim said Blakely threatened to kill all of the children in the neighborhood and made verbal threats to burn her house down with her
