Naked man asks for directions on Antique Alley

A Choudrant man is facing an obscenity charge after an incident on Trenton Street on July 18.

According to an arrest report for Jesse Green, 22, Aswell Street, the victim filed an indecent behavior report on the day of the incident stating a white man exposed himself in the 300 block of Trenton Street.

The victim told officers the man pulled up beside her in a gray truck and asked for directions. She said she gave the directions, and the man said he could not hear her and asked her to come to his vehicle to provide the instructions.

When she approached the vehicle, she saw the man was completely undressed and masturbating in front of her, the affidavit states. She then took note of the truck's license plate, which she provided to police along with a description of the vehicle.

The victim identified Green from a photo line-up provided by police during the investigation.

Green reported to the WMPD for an interview on July 24 and was arrested after the interview. He said he did not remember anything from the day of the incident.
