No worries. My interaction started with your predecessor. Initials are RB. I wasn't trying to sell anything (yet), but wanted to see if the company I used to work for could look at CB to potentially alleviate some of the aforementioned pains. Every time we talked/emailed you always had a lot on your plate.
Let's just say I'm familiar with the company's challenges regarding one of the central issues this thread revolves around and the entity that was responsible for handling it (it's got the same name as a former Acura model). I also know who handles the rest of the business (IIRC you worked there), that another company (more recently) in the greater Lafayette area was potentially looking to buy CB and probably some other details I'm forgetting at the moment.
I've heard first-hand accounts about KS and his bros riding around in the Mercedes van with strippers (and married women) and blow.
ETA: Enjoy your time at the beach. Sounds like you need it.
