Well, I don’t care what you care about.

Weapons of war should stay at war.

Dear fricking Lord. What defines “specialized stuff?” What would the government knowing do to stop anything?
quote:. Then we should put a $200 tax on voting too. The concept is literally no different.
Apparently our government applied a 200 dollar tax to anyone that wanted the opportunity to then buy the Tommy Gun. That’s fricking genius.

Not at all. But there are setups and manipulations than can be banned and should continue to be banned.
Nobody is hunting with 50 rounds of 7.62 in a drum.
Look at this video:
LINK
7.62 drums only helps make this possible and 7.62 would be a real annihilatlor. frick your reloads.

I tend to lean to conversations that are not completely moronic which may be why I missed your questions. Please get back in line.

Explain the criteria for how one should evaluate what should be banned.

2A has absolutely nothing to do with hunting.
You are a complete and total moron.

It has nothing to do with terrorizing our own citizens as well. We have outgrown the second amendment with tech that can make cheap, high- powered war machines that can be turned against our own populace.
Did you watch the video and imagine your teenager being there, not knowing where the shots are coming from and not knowing which way to go to get behind cover. Do you want that reality for everyone? Reality is mass shootings are trending upwards in steep, convincing fashion while morality crumbles.

Common sense mainly. I would cap any magazine for a high powered rifle above 6 (.308)at maybe 15. That’s beyond reasonable.
If people want 7.62 why do they need 50 round drums? They are obviously not hunting nor doing target practice. They only serve one purpose well.

"Common sense" dictates that mag caps will do absolutely nothing.
Its an emotional overreaction just to "do something."

You might need to reread the constitution.
Come back when you do.

It’s reasonable to you, others could, and seems like do, disagree. I don’t think it’s wise or productive to presume convergence on this issue before it’s been achieved.
To your main point, there is no Constitutional right that is unbounded in American society. We rescind people’s rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness regularly through various enforcements of various laws. However, you are seeking to draw a line in the sand on the right to bare arms based on “common sense”, but it doesn’t really seem like it is common sense because it doesn’t seem like you’ve been able to achieve a consensus on this issue. I think you ought to find a framework for which you can identify a premise everyone actually does agree on and seek to find what ought to be banned from within a logically consistent framework, to whatever degree that’s possible.

It’s an overdue reaction to something extremely concerning other than the usual “thoughts and prayers.”

This is a lie. People can only carry so much on their person…. I understand combat loads better than you. Why allow them to carry 50 round clips at the convenience of one reload? Make them haul 5 magazines and force them to reload constantly.

Correct. Common sense is practical. There's absolutely nothing practical about mag caps.
Just buy more mags. Takes three seconds to pop one and reload.

I do have one question for you though….does this thread make you cry or make you cum? I honestly can’t imagine why someone would keep coming back to a place that continuously beats the frick out of you unless there’s some sick masochistic pleasure you’re getting out of this.
Every single point you’ve tried to make is hilariously wrong, misinformed, or flat-put irrelevant.
I say irrelevant because your opinion doesn’t fricking matter.

Fueled by estrogen.
The far left wants to make ammo unattainable for the common man. Your movement is a womans movement not based on reason.
What you are advocating for, is a robust and violent black market where cartels control firearms and ammo, not the legal dealers.

The idiot has absolutely no clue that drum mags are actually a pain in the arse from a tactic standpoint.
