Get a dog, preferably from a breed known to be good hunting dog. Let the dog take care of the stray cats.

Cats are good for two things. Killing rodents and creating a soft surface between your tire and the road.

I believe that was my point. I never have seen a cat fly like that after being flattened. They can get some real extreme air. Impressive.

I'm sorry. I never have been a cat guy. My wife and kids have wanted one for years. I told them the next time I run one over I will let them keep it outside.

Personally I'd shoot it. Nothing but a pest for someone else. Kittens I would drop off or give to a shelter.
