My teenage son’s girlfriend’s mom is a whore. WWTOTD?

Son’s gf’s (no pics) mom (no pics) is cheating on her husband. Saw her get into a truck in the grocery store parking lot with another guy today and they were kissing and cuddling. About 30 minutes later I ran into her in the store and she looked like she saw a ghost. The husband spends a lot of time in Cali at company headquarters....pretty sure he’s away right now.
I don’t know either of them particularly well, so I’m not gonna rat her out. My concern is my son. Should I try to steer him away from this girl and her family or would that be overreacting?
